#1. The Client

Douglas Forest & Garden (DFG) provides forestry and garden maintenance equipment, garden toys, hot tubs and swimming pools across Ireland. They have a single brick and mortar store in Cork.

#2. The Situation

DFG’s traditional customer base was located within a 50km radius of its store and they wanted to increase their footfall. Further to this they wanted to expand their website to allow for Ecommerce and nationwide sales.

2. Create a cohesive online presence that drives growth.
3. Drive profitable growth across DFG’s entire product range.
4. Use data to find new products to expand DFG’s range.

#4. The Approach

We developed a new Ecommerce website and then implemented a nationwide digital advertising strategy in order to increase sales of existing products, web traffic and brand awareness.
With the increased traffic and digital engagement, we were then able to use analytics and data to rapidly identify new profitable product lines for DFG to add to their range and drive business growth.
