Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon to be marketing graduate who wants to take their first steps in their career. As a Social Media Specialist at 3B1, you will play an important role in managing the social media accounts of some of our most prestigious clients. You will work closely with our creative team to plan and schedule content calendars, manage DMs and increase community engagement. This role focuses on strategy, organisation, and community engagement rather than content creation - our creative team handles all content production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Calendar Management: Plan, organise, and manage the content calendar for multiple client accounts, ensuring content aligns with client goals and deadlines.
2. Social Media Scheduling: Schedule posts across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
3. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments and messages on social media, creating a positive online presence and fostering meaningful conversations with audiences.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of social media accounts and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
5. 3B1’s Social Accounts: Manage 3B1’s own social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
6. Present ideas, strategies, and progress reports to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their social media needs are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media.
• Strong understanding with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to review and present data
