We are looking for a designer, art director or creative with 2 or more years of experience to become part of our creative team in Cork City.
Your role within the team will focus on turning written creative briefs into engaging and original visual concepts. Working with our broader creative team, including our creative director and lead designer, you will collaborate in order to develop your ideas and turn them into final pieces of artwork.
The types of projects you will work on will vary every month. Some weeks you will be creating concepts for a nationwide multi channel advertising campaign others you will be developing ideas for videos for a local brand. This dynamic environment is grounded by one rule, every brief is an opportunity for our team to produce standout creative work that will get attention and results for our clients.
While this role is focused on idea generation, occasionally you will be expected to deliver final work depending on the workload of our creative team. Therefore experience across Adobe suite is mandatory.
This role will primarily be based from our state of the art office in Cork City as well as our studio in Donnybrook. We also offer work from home and flexible working.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be a conceptual thinker and have the ability to constantly think of engaging and surprising ways to visually communicate ideas.
You will previously have worked in an agency or similar creative environment where you have produced work across a range of formats. With 2 years or more of experience you will be used to communicating across departments, briefing designers or other creatives, giving feedback and presenting your ideas to different stakeholders. At this point in your career you will understand the process of taking projects from creative brief through to final work.
You will have hands-on practical experience of working across the Adobe suite. A strong understanding of Premiere Pro and video editing would be a big advantage.
